Itero Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Roger Harman to COO, effective immediately. Harman is an Itero Group partner and previously served as the company’s Vice President of Client Delivery. James Bailoni, previously Itero Group’s COO, becomes the CFO. The appointment of Harman to COO supports the firm’s accelerated growth, continued client development, strategic hiring, and expansion in both the Federal Government and commercial sectors.
Harman joined Itero Group in 2020 and has been responsible for overseeing the firm’s client delivery and sales functions. As COO, Harman will continue to manage the day-to-day client delivery and sales teams, as well as recruiting, operations, and HR, allowing Bailoni to focus on the company’s financial growth.
