Itero Group has added James Mitchell to our team as Vice President, Client Delivery. In this role, Mitchell will lead initiatives that support Itero Group’s continued growth in both the Federal Government and commercial sectors. Mitchell brings more than 20 years of experience in strategic planning, implementation of complex projects, influencing products and innovation, and running cross-functional teams while focusing on iterative development.
“James is a strong leader with a consistent track record of success identifying growth opportunities and managing and directing business operations,” said Roger Harman, Itero Group Partner and Vice President of Client Delivery. “I’m excited to have James, with his experience in operations, strategy, and risk management, join our team.”
Prior to joining Itero Group, Mitchell was the Chief Operations Officer of RapidDeploy. He has held positions with First Responder Network Authority, where he was responsible for building, competing, and standing up the FirstNet program (the nation’s only public safety broadband network) and FEMA, managing many of that agency’s nationwide financial assistance programs and contracting operations. Additionally, he is a certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Product Owner.
“Itero Group’s growth, as well as their focus on making the complex simple for their clients, aligns with both my experience and this next phase of my career,” Mitchell said. “I’m thrilled to be joining this team of innovative, accomplished professionals.”
